Our Story

My name is Robert F. Edens (Bob), and I founded ATS in 2010 after a fulfilling career at AT&T and Lucent Technologies. During my time at these industry giants, I developed strong leadership and technical skills while managing the relationships of some of AT&T’s largest clients, including Black & Decker, USF&G, E.I. Dupont, and AlliedSignal (now Honeywell). I honed my ability to provide tailored solutions to businesses, setting them apart from competitors, while learning the importance of delivering exceptional customer service.

With certifications from the Project Management Institute (PMI) and a Black Belt Certification from Six Sigma Global Institute, I was well-equipped to help businesses navigate their communication and technical challenges. However, as rewarding as my time with AT&T and Lucent Technologies was, I felt constrained in my ability to make quick decisions that directly benefited our customers. This limitation inspired me to embark on my own entrepreneurial journey, where I could prioritize customer needs and provide them with the responsive service they deserve.

In 2010, I founded ATS, and in 2020, I launched ATC to expand our capabilities and better serve our growing customer base. Today, ATS & ATC are closely intertwined, providing comprehensive communication and technology solutions to businesses throughout Arizona. Our team’s combined experience exceeds 100 years, and we are proud to have earned the trust of over 700 customers.
